10. Die Räumung des Ausstellungsgeländes beginnt
am 19. September 2002, 19.00 Uhr, und
muss bis 24. September 2002, 24.00 Uhr, beendet
sein. Die Fahrstraßen müssen unmittelbar
nach Schluss der Ausstellung von Verkaufsständen,
Vorräten und dergleichen freigemacht
werden. Stände und Räumlichkeiten, die vom
Veranstalter den Versorgungs- und Dienstleistungsbetrieben
und den sonstigen Einrichtungen
und Unternehmen zur Verfügung gestellt
wurden, müssen sich bei Rückgabe indem
ursprünglichen Zustand befinden.
11. Der Veranstalter ist berechtigt, auf Kosten und
Gefahr der verantwortlichen Unternehmen den
ursprünglichen Zustand wiederherzustellen und
nicht rechtzeitig entfernte Gegenstände, Materialien
und Abfälle beseitigen zu lassen.
Eintrittsausweise
12. Das Ausstellungsgelände darf vom 11. September
2002, 0.00 Uhr, bis 19. September 2002,
19.00 Uhr, nur mit den vom Veranstalter vorgeschriebenen
Eintrittsausweisen und an den
dafür vorgesehenen Einlassstellen betreten
werden.
13. Der Veranstalter richtet im „IC“ das IAA-Ausstellungsbüro
ein, das für alle Fragen der Einund
Auslassregelung und der Eintrittausweise
zuständig ist.
14. Vom Veranstalter zugelassene Versorgungsund
Dienstleistungsbetriebe sowie sonstige Einrichtungen
und Unternehmen können Eintrittsausweise
nur im IAA-Ausstellungsbüro beantragen.
Dies gilt für kostenlose und kostenpflichtige
Ausweise.
15. Die Einzelheiten über die Ein- und Auslassregelung
und über die Eintrittsausweise sind
durch den Veranstalter in den „Organisatorischen
und technischen Richtlinien“ geregelt.
Sie bilden einen Bestandteil dieser Betriebsund
Hausordnung.
Hausrecht
16. Vom Beginn des Aufbaues bis zur Beendigung
des Abbaues, d.h. vom 31. August 2002 bis 24.
September 2002, steht dem Veranstalter aufgrund
seines mit der Deutschen Messe AG
abgeschlossenen Vertrages das Hausrecht auf
dem Ausstellungsgelände zu.
17. Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, Unternehmen
und Personen, die gegen die Betriebs- und
Hausordnung verstoßen, insbesondere Personen,
die ohne Eintrittsausweis oder unter missbräuchlicher
Benutzung von Eintrittausweisen
angetroffen werden, vom Ausstellungsgelände
zu verweisen und gegebenenfalls Eintrittsausweise
entschädigungslos einzuziehen.
Sicherheitsbestimmungen
18. Die Verpflichtung zur Beachtung aller feuer-,
bau- und gewerbepolizeilichen Vorschriften
sowie aller berufsgenossenschaftlichen Unfall-

by sales stands, stock and similar items as
soon as the exhibition closes. When handed
back, stands and rooms which the organiser
has made available to the supply and service
companies and the other institutions and businesses
must have been returned to their original
condition.
11. The organiser is entitled to get the original condition
restored at the risk and cost of the company
responsible and to order items, materials
and waste not removed on time to be taken
away.
Entrance Passes
12. Between midnight on 11th September 2002 and
07.00 p.m. on 19th September 2002 access to
the exhibition grounds shall only be granted to
holders of the entrance passes stipulated by the
organiser and at the access points provided for
his purpose.
13. The organiser shall set up the IAA exhibition office
at the “IC“. This office shall be responsible
for all matters relating to access to and leave
from the exhibition grounds as well as for the
entrance passes.
14. The supply and service companies as well as
the other institutions and businesses admitted
by the organiser may only apply for entrance
passes at the IAA exhibition office. This applies
to all entrance passes, irrespective of whether
or not they are free of charge.
15. Details of the regulations concerning access to
and leave from the exhibition grounds as well
as information about the entrance passes have
been set out by the organiser in the “Organisational
and Technical Guidelines“. These form an
integral part of these House Rules.
Authority
16. From the start of erection until the completion of
dismantling, i.e. from 31st August 2002 until
24th September 2002, the organiser under his
contract with Deutsche Messe AG enjoys full
authority in respect of the exhibition grounds.
17. The organiser reserves the right to evict from the
exhibition grounds and, where appropriate,
withdraw entrance passes without compensation
from companies and persons who act in
breach of the House Rules and in particular
from persons who are either found not to carry
an entrance pass or who are making improper
use of entrance passes.
Safety Regulations
18. All supply and service companies, the other
institutions and businesses admitted by the
organiser as well as persons engaged in a com-
