6. <strong>Bewertung</strong> einzelner Patienten - 137 - Fußwinkel: auch hier zeigt sich ein ausgeprägter Seitenunterschied: beim rechten Fuß fehlt das plantarflektierende Herunterklappen des Fußes beim Belasten, <strong>der</strong> Fuß zeigt eine zunächst schnell, dann linear ansteigende Dorsalflexion beim Abrollen bis 11° , die darauffolgende schnelle Plantarflexion und auf den Fersenauftritt vorbereitende Dorsalflexion sind weitgehend unauffällig. Links sieht man dagegen nach dem plantarflektierenden Herunterklappen des Fußes beim Belasten nur sehr wenig Dorsalflexion beim Abrollen bis ca. 4° (starres Abrollen). Fazit: die Vertikalkraft zeigt eine deutlich höhere Kraftspitze beim Fersenabstoßen des linken Fußes. Auf dieser Seite ist die Dorsalflexion während <strong>der</strong> Standphase viel geringer, so daß da<strong>von</strong> auszugehen ist, daß <strong>der</strong> hohe Vorlagewinkel im rechten oberen Sprungelenk währen <strong>der</strong> mittleren und späten Standphase eine ungünstige Arbeitsposition <strong>für</strong> die geschwächte planterflektierende Muskulatur darstellt und somit <strong>für</strong> die geringere Kraftspitze auf <strong>der</strong> rechten Seite als ursächlich anzusehen ist. Hier<strong>für</strong> würde außerdem die deutlich stärkere Hüftabduktion in <strong>der</strong> Schwungphase sprechen, drch die das Bein aufgrund <strong>der</strong> fehlenden Stoßphase durch den m. triceps nach vorne geschleu<strong>der</strong>t wird. Ausblick: <strong>der</strong> Vorlagewinkel sollte am rechten Fuß reduziert und dem linken Fuß angeglichen werden.
