über die Rolle digitaler Technologien in
der heutigen Gesellschaft.
„Transmediale“ is one of the largest festivals of
arts and creative digital applications in Germany.
Once a year it shows new major projects of digital
culture. It offers reflexions upon digital technologies
in the contemporary society.

DALí – MUSEUM
Bisher war die Ausstellung am
Kurfürstendamm zu besichtigen.
Ab Februar wird sie Europas größte
Dauerausstellung zu Salvador Dalí mit über
400 Exponaten in Berlins pulsierender Mitte.
Der gewiss umfangreichste Einblick in
das vielschichtige Werk dieses Giganten der
Kunstgeschichte.
Up to now there’s been an exhibition of works
of Dalí at Kurfürstendamm. Starting in february
there will be a new location for the permanent
exhibition at Leipziger Platz. Dalí-Scouts
will help visitors understand the various pieces
of the Spanish artist.

MUSEUM FÜR
KOMMUNIKATION BERLIN
Das Museum zeigt in prachtvoller wilhelminischer
Architektur eine interaktive Dauerausstellung
zu Vergangenheit, Gegenwart
und Zukunftsperspektiven der Kommunikation.
Die Themenstraßen und Sammlungssäle
bieten zahlreiche Exponate aus der Post- und
Kommunikationsgeschichte. Wechselausstellungen
und Veranstaltungen runden das
Programm ab.
The building is an impressing example of Wilhelmine
architecture. Inside there’s an interactive
permanent exhibition on past, present
and future perspectives of communication.
The thematic paths and exhibition rooms
show numerous exhibits from the history of
the postal service and communications, including
internet use. Special exhibitions and
events round off the program.

MUSEUM FÜR NATURKUNDE
DER HUMBOLDT-UNIVERSITÄT
Hier warten nicht nur Minerale, Meteoriten,
fossile Pflanzen, Tiere und das Originalskelett
des Brachiosaurus brancai auf Euch. Es gibt
hier auch Computer, die Euch über die Lebensbedingungen
des Dinos informieren. Die
Mona Lisa des Naturkundemuseums ist im
Original zu sehen: der Abdruck vom Archeopterix.
Toll auch die Abteilung zu Kosmos und
Sonnensystem und zur Menschwerdung!
Minerals, meteorites, plant and animal fossils,
the archeopteryx and the original skeleton
of Brachiosaurus brancai. Since 2007 the
exhibition also includes computers next to
the dinosaurs with information on their living
conditions, and the Mona Lisa of the Natural
History Museum can be seen for the first
time: an archeopteryx‘s footprint. Also worth
seeing: the division on cosmos, solar system
and the evolution of the human species.
