Tumbling and Trampoline
We are focussing on teaching the children:
• Warm-up of the body, stretching and flexibility,
• Cardiovascular activities
• Movement skills
• Static movements; landings; rotation; swings; spring; balance;
endurance; strength.
• Trampoline: the whole body exercise where every single cell
is rejuvenated and oxygenated (in your muscles, bones, eyes,
heart, lungs, kidneys, ears, glands).

• Mercia Lange (Head coach GL and Level 1, 2 tumbling &
trampoline and former artistic gymnast 25 years coach.
• Melissa van Aswegen (Assistant coach GL and Level 1
trampoline and former gymnast 3 years coach).
• We have coached 3x per week, tumbling and trampoline, at DSP
since 2010.
• Training: Mondays & Thursdays 16:00 – 19:00
Wednesdays 15:30 – 17:00
