Tarzan tried to smile, but his gray eyes gleamed narrowly.
"I will be grateful for your support, provided that it
does not interfere with your own affairs here."
"If you are to find Sardon Dhur or the Dator of the First
Born," smiled the Warlord, "you will require all the backing of
military might that we can muster, my friend."
Tarzan shrugged. "In massed might or in stealth, it
matters not. And she yet lives, I will find her."
Tars Tarkas grinned appreciatively. "By Issus!" he
exclaimed. "I would not wish to be this warrior's enemy!
Methinks there is no power great enough to keep him from
his goal!"
