This Community Mobilization Guide is
the level of awareness of Hearts N’ Parks and its
messages, as well as tools and strategies for reaching
targeted groups and working with the media
■ 4th P—Partnering: Methods to make the most
of existing community resources to extend the reach
document the results of your Hearts N’ Parks efforts.
