Replacement<br />

Important: Before<br />

returning a display<br />

assembly, be sure to<br />

• remove clutch cover<br />

• remove AirPort Card<br />

and transfer it to the<br />

new display assembly<br />

• reinstall clutch cover<br />

• remove and transfer<br />

the protective film<br />

from the replacement<br />

display to the<br />

defective display<br />

Important: Before<br />

installing a new display<br />

assembly, be sure to install<br />

the AirPort Card. With the<br />

computer assembled, test<br />

the AirPort card for normal<br />

operation.<br />

Aligning Display to<br />

Top Case<br />

1 Place the display<br />

on the foam wedge<br />

service fixture.<br />

2 Install only the center<br />

screws:<br />

3 Move computer from<br />

wedge, and carefully<br />

close display.<br />
