Which Indorsment being here read the Bill is rejected<br />

The Petition of Job Evans of Baltimore County and Uxor<br />

was ordered to be thus indorsed and sent up to the Committee<br />

of Accounts. By the House of Delegates April<br />

10''' 1707.<br />

Upon reading The Petition of Job Evans and his Wife<br />

Relict of John Perry this House ordered Inspection to be made<br />

in the Journals of Accounts and thereby it is found the said<br />

John Perry was constituted publick Post for the Province<br />

under Salary of 5olb -p Annum and by the said Journals it<br />

does appear he had no Satisfaction for his last year's Salary<br />

so that the Sum of fifty Pounds still remains due therefore<br />

ordered by the House that the same be allowed the Petitioner<br />

which was indorsed on the Petition and sent up to the Committee<br />

of Accounts for Allowance<br />

Col" Holland brought into the House the following ingrossed<br />

Bills<br />

Bill for Attainder of Richard Clarke.<br />

Bill for preventing Abuses to Letters &"'<br />

Bill for Relief of Thomas Manning<br />

Bill against forging and counterfeiting foreign Coin<br />

Bill for preventing the Exportation of Tobacco before the<br />

Duties payable be paid<br />

Bill suspending (during the Queen's Pleasure) the Prosecution<br />

of Romish Priests &'^<br />

Bill confirming the last Will and Testament of Thomas<br />

Knighton<br />

Bill for Removal of Thomas Howell.<br />

All indorsed in Council as follows Viz. April 10"' 1707.<br />

Read and assented to by her Mayesty's Honble Council<br />
