Thomas Trueman Greenfield, Capt. Then the House made Choice of Richard Dallam for their Clerk Ordered That M' Nathaniel Dare and M"^ Philemon Hemsley go with the Clerk and present him to his Excellency for Approbation and to see him qualified if approved They return and say they saw the Clerk qualified by taking the usual Oaths his Excellency having approved of him Then the House adjourned till to Morrow Morning Tuesday 13"' November 1708 The House met according to Adjournment being called over there appeared, in the House the several Members following Viz.
