entered Viz'<br />

By the Honble the President and Council in Assembly,<br />

October 25"' 17 10<br />

Gentl. Several Acts of Assembly of this Province (to wit)<br />

an Act for Relief of poor Debtors &"<br />

An Act for ascertaining the Damages on Protested Bills of<br />

Exchange and three Laws for erecting Towns &" having<br />

been lately transmitted to her Majesty and her Disapprobation<br />

thereof signified to us, pursuant thereto Proclamations have<br />

issued from this Board to notify the Repeal of the said Laws,<br />

and we herewith send you the three several Orders of her<br />

Majesty in Council directing the same for your Inspection and<br />

Perusal. Also the Right Honble the Lords of Trade and<br />

Plantations Letter of the lo"" of January last having some<br />

Relation thereto with her Majesty's Order in Council confirming<br />

a former Order for running out the Boundaries between this<br />

Province and the three Counties annexed to Pensilvania on the<br />

West Side of Delaware Bay and Dismissal of the Lord Baltimore's<br />

Petition and being by the Right Honble the Lords of<br />

Trade and Plantations Directions as you may see by the Letter<br />

obliged (especially at this Time of your Meeting to assess the<br />

publick Charge) particularly to offer to your Consideration to<br />

assign a suitable Reward and Recompence for the Services of<br />

the Honble the Itinerant Justices and their Trouble and Expences<br />

in going the several Circuits and holding the Assizes<br />

in the respective Counties. We heartily recommend the same<br />

to you, that those Gentlemen who have served by Command<br />

of the Government here may not seem to be wholly forgotten if<br />

This House have considered the Papers Your Honours were<br />

pleased to lay before them relating to the Disapprobation of<br />

several Laws lately passed wherein they find intimated the<br />

Reasons sent your Honours for Disallowance of the same<br />

which if before your Honours this House pray may be communicated<br />

to them and as to that Part of the Message that<br />

relate to the Itinerant Justices Charges this House have debated<br />

the same and have Resolved upon the Question whether
