S' Michaels to buy and purchase other Lands lying in Calvert Lib. l. l.<br />

County aforesaid to and for the said Joseph and Benjamin ^° ^'^'<br />

Harris Equally to be devided between them & to the heires of<br />

their Bodys Subject to the same Vses intents and purposes as<br />

the said Land Called ffranckford S' Michaell's are now Subject<br />

to in and by the said last will and Testament of the said<br />

William Harris deceased and to and for no other Vse intent<br />

or purpose whatsoever And for as much as it is thought meet<br />

that before the Sale of the said Land security be Given by the<br />

Trustees that the mony to be advanced by the Sale thereof be<br />

applyed to the Vse aforesaid<br />

Be it therefore further Enacted by the authority aforesaid<br />

by and with the advice and Consent aforesaid that<br />

the said Richard Johns John Hance George Joseph and<br />

Benjamin Harris or any three of them before the disposall<br />

or Sale of the said Lands be and are hereby oblidged and<br />

Enjoyned to Enter into Recognizance before the Justices of<br />

Calvert County to our Sovereigne Lady the Queen in the<br />

sume of three hundred pounds Sterling with Condition that if<br />

the said Trustees do and shall well and truly apply the purchase<br />

money that shall or may arise by Sale of the Land aforesaid<br />

to the Vses Intents & purposes as by this Act is Intended<br />

then the Same to be Void.<br />

An Act for appointing Court Days in each Respective County<br />

within this province To the Intent that Court days may be<br />

ascertained and that the Comissioners within their Respective<br />

Countys may know when to attend<br />

Be it Enacted by the Queens most Excellent Majesty by and<br />

with the advice and Consent of her Maj'>' Governour Councill<br />

& Assembly of this Province and the Authority of the same<br />

that for the future there shall be held but foure County Courts<br />
