all and Every the Land in the said release Expressed or mentioned<br />

or intended to be there Expressed or mentioned and all<br />

the Rents Issues and proffitts of the same any Law Statute<br />

Vsage or Custome to the Coverture of the said Susanna to<br />

the Contrary notwithstanding.<br />

And be it also Enacted by the Authority advice and Consent<br />

afores"* that the said four thousand pounds of tobacco paid or<br />

to be paid to the said Susanna by the said James Heath shall<br />

not be Lyable to any attachment or other process whatsoever<br />

for or upon account of any debt due or oweing from the said<br />

Thomas Tracy but shall wholy be to the Vse and beniffitt of<br />

the said Susanna towards the Relieveing & Supporting her &<br />

her Children any Law Statute Vsage or Custome to the<br />

Contrary notwithstanding.<br />

Be it Enacted by the Queens most Excellent Majesty by and<br />

with the advice and Consent of her Maj''" Councill and Assembly<br />

of this province and the Authority of the same that<br />

when any person (Except Negroes and MuUattoes) shall be<br />

found Travelling without passes and shall be taken up as Suspected<br />

Runaways and by any Justice of Peace Committed to<br />

the Custody of any Sherriffe or Goaler within this province, It
