If the Journal of the Committee of Accounts be perfected<br />

as to the Allowances made this Session we expect it should be<br />

laid before this Board for our Perusal and Approbation as<br />

usual<br />

The following Message prepared was read<br />

By the House of Delegates Nov' 9''' 1709<br />

Your Honours having concurred with this House for Payment<br />

of the Charge of this Province in Money, this House<br />

humbly move your Honours to order the Treasurers to bring<br />

in what Money and Bills of Exch* they have in Hand to pay it<br />

in Proportion to the Members of your Board and this House<br />

and the Officers according to the Journal of the Committee of<br />

Accounts. Signed -p Order W. Taylard CI. Ho. Del.<br />

Which being read and approved of was sent up to their<br />

Honours by Capt John West and M' Greenfield. They return<br />

and say they delivered the same.<br />

Col° Greenberry enters the House and delivers M' Speaker<br />

the following Bills<br />

Bill allowing the Importation of Bread &" Indorsed Eodem<br />

Die Read in Council first and second Times with the Amendments<br />

Bill for erecting Towns &c^ Indorsed<br />

By the Council in Assembly Nov. g'** 1709<br />

Read in Council the first Time and on due Reflection of her<br />

Majesty's Royal Instructions restraining us from passing any<br />

Laws already communicated to the House cannot pass this<br />

Bill but desire it may be referred to Consideration of the next<br />

Session Signed -p Order W Bladen CI. Co..<br />

Read and concurred. The Address relating to the Great<br />

Seal being read in the House was carryed up to the Honble<br />

Council by M' Hunt and M' Lee desiring their Honours to<br />

sign the same. Return and say they delivered it<br />
