Cross Map Targets Table<br />

Each row in this table represents a Target Scheme<br />

for which Cross Maps are available.<br />

Each row in this table represents one option for<br />

mapping a <strong>SNOMED</strong> CT Concept to a target code or<br />

set of codes in the Target Scheme.<br />

Each row in this table represents a code or set of<br />

codes in the Target Scheme, which provides a<br />

mapping for one or more <strong>SNOMED</strong> CT Concepts.<br />

The relationships of these tables to one another and to the core tables of <strong>SNOMED</strong> CT are described below.<br />

3.2.6.2.1. Cross Maps Sets Table - Summary<br />

Each row in the Cross Map Sets Table identifies a Target Scheme to which <strong>SNOMED</strong> CT is mapped and<br />

specifies characteristics of the associated mapping.<br />

CrossMapType is used to indicate the inclusion of one to one, one to<br />

many and choices of maps.<br />

A standard Identifier for the Target Scheme.<br />

The full name of the Target Scheme.<br />

<strong>Release</strong> File <strong>Format</strong>s | 119<br />

The version number of the Target Scheme as published by the issuing<br />

organization .<br />

The Identifier of the Realm within which this mapping table is applicable.<br />

This is only used in cases where Realm specific business rules or<br />

guidelines alter the acceptable mappings.<br />

The character used as a separator between the individual codes in the<br />

Target Codes field of the Cross Map Targets.<br />
