more short-celled and often ampullate. Basidia cylindrical to
clavate, sometimes two -rooted (Pleurobasidia), 16-22 X 5-7 p with
(2)-4 sterigmata about 4-6 p long. Spores hyaline, smooth, oblong,
one side straight or sligthly curved , 6-8 (8,5 X 3-4 (5) p apiculate,
amyloid.
Hab. on dead stems of Pot entilla jruticosa L.

Fructificatio resupinata, effusa, tenuissima, griseo-pruinosa;
hyphis sparsis. Hyphae hyalinae, tenuiter tunicatae, laeves , 1,5-3,5 p
diam. Asci clavati, 30-35 X 15-18,5 p , 16-sporae. Paraphyses subcylindricae,
ca. 25-30 X 5-8 p. Sporae hyalinae, cylindraceae, plus
minus curvatae, ca. 25-30 X 1,5 p.
Hab. Ad cortices Pini.
F ruit-body resupinate, effused over small areas of few mm., very
thin, greyish pruinose, on a scanty subiculum, with no distinct margin.
Hyphae thin-walled, hyaline, smooth, 1,5-3 ,5 p thick. Asci hyaline,
obovate to broadly clavate, 30-35 X 15-18,5 p , 16-spored, with an
outer and an inner wall, no blue-colour reaction observed with
