d. Jockey, Apprentice Jockey, Student Jockey and Exercise Rider who
refused to disclose the name of the horse to be exercised will be penalized
as follows:
1st Offense - P500.00
2nd Offense - P1,000.00
Subsequent Offenses:
For Jockeys and Apprentice Jockeys, one (1) racing week
suspension from participating in the races
For Student Jockeys and Exercise Riders, one (1) week
suspension from exercising horses
This rule shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication.

Section 21.1
In the Horseracing Rules distributed to all Philracom licensees last January 2002,
please be informed that Section 21.1 which reads:
ìGelded horses will not be allowed to participate in races except those who are
already runners.î
should now read as:
GELDED HORSES, EXCEPT IMPORTED ONES, WILL NOW BE ALLOWED
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RACES.
as per Philracom Board Resolution approved last September 17, 1999.
