Penalties to be Imposed to Truckers,
Brokers and Freight Forwarders
In view of the provisions of Section 8 (A), Rule XXV of the Rules providing that the
Schedules of Penalties provided thereunder shall apply to all ECOZONE Enterprises, notice
is hereby given, therefore, that the said Schedules of Penalties, which are reproduced
hereunder, shall likewise apply to, among others, truckers, brokers and freight forwarders
for any acts or omissions in violation of the Rules, any provision of their Registration
Agreement, or any of the terms and conditions of the permit/franchise issued by the Authority.
