Reiteration of Memorandum Circular No. 05-89 & 96-001
Exhibitors shall cover the following establishments engaged in the showing of
cinematographic art, performance, or event in videograms or any technical variation thereof
in public places for commercial purposes or in private places for monetary or promotional
considerations:
1. Restaurants; 7. Ships;
2. Pubs; 8. Motels;
3. Karaoke Bars; 9. Hotels;
4. KTVs; 10. Establishment operating coin-operated
5. Buses; karaoke machines;
6. Airplanes 11. Other similar establishments.
All establishments mentioned hereinabove are required to register the same with the
Videogram Regulatory Board located at the 2nd Floor, CSP Building, 815 Quezon Avenue,
Quezon City, on or before 31 May 2001. Non-registration may result in the imposition of
administrative and/or criminal sanctions.

Videogram Titles
Pursuant to Board Resolution No. 01-07-05 which was passed by the VRB Board of
Directors during its regular meeting held on July 24, 2001, this Resolution is hereby
implemented.
