Dark cherry red in colour with a deep purple
centre and a youthful edge, the wine shows
inviting aromas of cherry, well matured oak
spice and hints of tobacco. The palate is
beautifully structured and creamy in texture,
with rich fruity flavours and a lingering sweet
cherry finish.

and caramel aromas. These are joined on a fullbodied,
well-balanced palate by black pepper

This elegant wine is a blend of Shiraz (50%),
Cabernet Sauvignon (20%), Merlot (20%) and
Petit Verdot (10%). With the emphasis on fruit,
an abundance of red berry complements the
classic wood-spice flavours on the nose.
