international wine shows. At Rijk’s Private
Cellar, the people take pride in producing
optimum quality grapes from each vine
with patience and dedication. The grapes
are picked by hand in the cool of the night
and the cellarmaster follows the philosophy
of gentle handling and minimal interference
in the winemaking process.
