Uva Mira
Uva Mira is a family-owned boutique winery,
perched on the slopes of the majestic
Helderberg Mountains in the Stellenbosch
region, an area that has consistently been
producing some of the best wines in the
country for years. Its vineyards are the
highest in the region. These unique highaltitude
mountain vineyards are located
between 420 and 620 metres above sea
level, providing a cooler climate terroir
that allows their elegant wines to reflect
a true sense of place and uncompromising
quality.

Aromas of pineapple, white peach and dusty
minerals, plus a whiff of hazelnut. Cool but
dense flavours of white peach and citrus with a
creamy element adding complexity. A mineral
finish with intense flavours that lingers forever
on the palate.

The nose is fresh and well defined. The palate
is medium-bodied with firm tannins, succulent
red-berried fruit, a touch of dark cherry and
boysenberry with a hint of chocolate on the
finish.
Vilafonté
Vilafonté is the first and only South African
and American joint winemaking venture.
Its philosophy embodies an obsession
with quality, from the soil through to the
bottle, and an absolute focus on luxury
positioning. The Vilafonté team blends a
unique combination of knowledge, skills,
international perspective and international
recognition. Only two Vilafonté wines are
produced from its site and the possibility

Series M has a smooth entrance on the palate;
very even weight for its whole length, and
some ‘fruit sweetness’ in its middle and finish.
Its aromatics are open and inviting: black
cherry jelly, dried flowers, hints of almonds.
The fruit intensity, combined with Cabernet
structure and sense of roundness and richness,
promises that this will be a long ageing wine.
