This wine is made from Muscat de Frontignan,<br />
one of the Cape’s oldest varietals. With an<br />
intense nose of honey, spice and apricots,<br />
this is a well-rounded sweet wine, rich gold<br />
in colour. The nose is powerful, bursting with<br />
tropical and stone fruit aromas. Pineapple<br />
and apricot jostle for place while pineapple<br />
and citrus follow, all backed by floral notes.<br />
Complex in the mouth with some fresh peach<br />
and ripe pineapple characters layered with<br />
sweet spice. A zesty acidity adds to a long,<br />
well-defined finish.<br />
