• The other major expenditure head is Administrative Expenses, which is about 25 % of<br />

• Sanitation being most unavoidable service to be provided by a nagar nigam with<br />
expenditure of about 50% of total expenditure, shows that only bare minimum civic<br />
services are being provided in the city.<br />
