1 Bidder shall furnish seperately on as sheet, built in CIF value against quoted item , giving description of goods , qty , rate of custom duty etc under format "CIF /CD" attached<br />
2 Unit Ex ware house price at Col 4 shall be alll inclusive and nothing extra shall be payable by Owner , except for statuory variation as stipulated in bid document<br />
3 All coated line pipe shall be delivered to ware house location as specified in Note 2 Page 1 of MR . The price shall be inclusive of establishment and maintenace of warehouse as specified in MR & bid document.<br />
4 Bider shall furnish prices/details as above in accordance with Clause 13.9.2 (Foreign bidder ) & 13.8.2 (Indian bidder) of ITB .<br />
