(iv) The Contractor shall adhere to the Quality Assurance Plan attached.<br />
6.12.2 Test Certificates<br />
(i) Bidder shall be required to submit recent test certificates for the material being used<br />
in works from the recognized laboratories. These certificates should indicate all<br />
properties of the materials as required in relevant IS Standards or international<br />
Standards.<br />
(ii) Bidder shall also submit the test certificates with every batch material supplied which<br />
will be approved by Purchaser. Incase any test is to be carried out the same shall be<br />
got done in the approved laboratory at the cost of Bidder. .<br />
6.12.3 Make of Materials<br />
The raw materials required to be supplied by the Bidder under this contract shall be<br />
procured only from Owner approved vendors. Where the makes of materials are not<br />
indicated in the Bidding document Bidder shall furnish the details of makes and shall obtain<br />
prior approval of Owner/ Purchaser of vendors/sub-vendors before placing order and for<br />
this shall furnish complete details/information to owner .Consultant well in advance<br />
.However seeking such approval shall not be the basis for extension of<br />
delivery/completetion schedule.<br />
6.13 Following international inspection agencies are acceptable for mill qualification/ coating plant<br />
qualification.<br />

(ii) DNV, Denmark<br />
(iii) Germenisher Lloyd, Germany<br />
(iv) AIB - VINCOTTE, Belgium<br />
(v) Lloyds Register, UK<br />
(vi) Moody International, UK<br />
(vii) Velosi,Malaysia<br />
(viii) Bureau Veritas ,France<br />
(ix) Gasuinee,Netherlands<br />
(x) Advantice ,UK<br />
6.14 Origin of Goods<br />
A certificate issued by relevant chamber of commerce to this effect shall form part of shipping<br />
documents.<br />
6.15 Dispatch Instructions<br />
6.15.1 Seller shall obtain dispatch clearance from the purchaser prior to each dispatch loading of<br />
pipes on the trailer arranged by coating contractor shall be considered as dispatch.<br />
6.15.2 Copy of Inspection Release Certificate, Dispatch Clearance and statement showing the name<br />
of the vessel, Description and weight of material shipping marks etc. to be submitted along<br />
with the document<br />
6.16 Independent Seller<br />
It is expressly understood and agreed that seller is an independent party and that neither the<br />
seller /its personal are servant’s agents or employees of purchaser / consultant nor the seller<br />
has any kind of interest in other sellers.<br />
