are indebted to me either by note or book account to call and arrange
the same previous to the tenth of April, as upon that day I intend
leaving this place and it will be out of my power to give further personal
attention to such claims. Consequently after that time I shall
sue every unsettled account on my books without an exception. R. W.

Spencer & Luther M. Parsons In the court of common pleas of Cuyahoga
county Ohio. Bill in chancery to enjoin collection of a judgement
recovered by defendant Stebbins against said complainant Usher; also
praying an account and decree for the adjustment of partnership claims
and liabilities between said parties.
Notice is hereby given to said Stebbins and Spencer, non resident
defendants, that they appear before said court within sixty days after
the next term thereof to be holden at Cleveland in said county, the 11th
day of June 1838, and plead, answer or demur to said Bi 11. Watrous
