knocks all the donation story of $350,000 into pi, with a positive contradiction
of the whole of it. Mr. Astor, it says, bas occasionally intimated
his intention to leave a fund for the creation of a library, but
beyond this there is no foundation for the accounts that have been circulated
with so much show of confidence. (1)
