Account The account settings consist of three sections – account, permissions and site administrator flag. Account The account settings control if the account is valid for use or not. It is recommended that you do not delete accounts from FotoWeb. Rather, lock out the account so that the user cannot access the system. This ensures that you keep historical data, such as logs, and can retrieve information about the account even in the future. Lockout account Enable this option to disallow a user to log in. The setting stays in effect until it is manually disabled. Account expires on Set a date when the account will expire. The user will be unable to log in after this date. The account will not be deleted from the system. Permissions The settings in the Permissions box control system wide settings for the users. The Upload and Album settings are dependent upon the settings set on the site. This means that you cannot enable something for a user that is not enabled on the site. You can, however, deny a user a function even if it is available on the site. Maximum sessions The maximum number of simultaneous sessions allowed for this account.
