The Labor Practices Indicators also draw upon the<br />
two instruments directly addressing the social<br />
responsibilities of business enterprises: the ILO Tripartite<br />
Declaration Concerning Multinational Enterprises and<br />
Social Policy, and the Organisation for Economic Cooperation<br />
and Development (OECD) Guidelines for<br />
Multinational Enterprises.<br />

Labor Aspects listed below. When addressing these<br />
labor issues, consider the relevance of participants such<br />
as athletes and performers to the related topics.<br />
The ILO Tripartite Declaration Concerning Multinational<br />
Enterprises and Social Policy (in particular the eight<br />
core Conventions of the ILO) and the Organisation for<br />
Economic Co-operation and Development Guidelines<br />
for Multinational Enterprises, should be the primary<br />
