14. Reserves
Reserves reflect movements in the share premium, the fair value adjustment of available-for-sale financial
assets and interest-rate and currency hedges, and the valuation of stock options.
The stock option reserve reflects the total amount at December 31, 2012 of the options granted and amortized
over the vesting period of the stock option plans.
The movements in reserves were as follows:
