8 in the survey area classified as "No Style" which demonstrates<br />
<strong>Juneau</strong>'s vernacularforms,<strong>and</strong> because it demonstra'tespatterns <strong>of</strong><br />
community development in <strong>Juneau</strong>, Alaska. Early owners were Walter <strong>and</strong><br />
Lorene Gucker. Gucker·was·a merch<strong>and</strong>ise broker for American Tobacco<br />
<strong>and</strong> Cutter-Greene Boots. Later, Barrington purchased the property.<br />
He served as a customs agent.<br />
