demonstrates patterns <strong>of</strong> community development in <strong>Juneau</strong>, Alaska.<br />

George Baggen is thought to have lived here in the 1920's. He was a<br />

Federal prohibition agent <strong>and</strong> tug boat captain. Russel Clithero,<br />

agent for the Alaska Coastal Airlines, lived herein 1939.<br />
