42 Craftsman buildings in the survey area which demonstrate <strong>Juneau</strong>'s<br />
vernacular interpretation <strong>of</strong> national styles <strong>and</strong> because <strong>of</strong> its<br />
association with patterns <strong>of</strong> community development in <strong>Juneau</strong>, Alaska.<br />
The first owner was carpenter, Peter· Hanson. Later the home was owned<br />
by George Geyer who was a plumber <strong>and</strong> later owner <strong>of</strong> The Sheet Metal<br />
Works on South Franklin.<br />
