vernacular interpretations <strong>of</strong> national styles, because <strong>of</strong> its<br />

association with mining engineer F.J..Wettrick who was the first owner<br />

<strong>and</strong> lived in the house until 1921, <strong>and</strong> because it demonstrates<br />
