<strong>Engine</strong> Flywheel Removal<br />

1. Remove the engine flywheel bolts.<br />

2. Remove the engine flywheel (automatic transmission) (1), if<br />

applicable.<br />

3. Remove the engine flywheel (manual transmission) (2), if<br />

applicable.<br />

Important: If replacing the engine flywheel (manual transmission),<br />

then NEW flywheel weights must be installed into the NEW engine<br />

flywheel in the same location as the old flywheel weights in the old<br />

engine flywheel.<br />

Note the position of any flywheel weights for assembly (if<br />

applicable).<br />

J 43276 Clutch Pilot Bearing Remover<br />

Caution: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution in Cautions and<br />

Notices<br />

Notice: When using the J 43276 Clutch Pilot Bearing Remover,<br />

always secure the J 43276-1 Clutch Pilot Bearing Remover tool<br />

body using a wrench. Do not allow the J 43276-1 Clutch Pilot<br />

Bearing Remover tool body to rotate. Failing to do so will cause<br />

damage to the J 43276-1 Clutch Pilot Bearing Remover tool body.<br />

1. Remove the clutch pilot bearing using the J 43276<br />

1.1. Install the J 43276 tool body into the clutch pilot<br />

bearing.<br />
