Director of Procurement is responsible for all procurement and payment activity<br />
assuring policy is being followed. Oversees the Purchase Card Procurement Program<br />
for the institution. Is the Chief Procurement Officer.<br />
Director of Falcon Center is responsible for the oversight of the Student Center,<br />
which includes intramural programs, weight and fitness area, indoor track, pool,<br />
gyms, conference center, and copy center. Works closely with Student Activities and<br />
Student Retention coordinators.<br />
Director of Housing is responsible for all residence life facilities and activities.<br />
Coordinates closely with Student Activities and Student Retention coordinators.<br />
Dining Services - This is a contract service that reports directly to the Vice President<br />
of Administrative & Fiscal Affairs. Net revenues from this enterprise support the<br />
operation of the Falcon Center.<br />
Bookstore Services - This is a contract service that reports directly to the Vice<br />
President of Administrative & Fiscal Affairs and is overseen by a Bookstore Advisory<br />
Committee, and a Textbook Affordability Committee. Net revenues from this<br />
enterprise support the operation of the Falcon Center.<br />
The Vice President for Student Services reports to the President and has oversight of<br />
Admissions, Financial Aid, and the Office of the Registrar. This position also has oversight of<br />
student services, career services, and residence life.<br />

The Vice President and Chief Information Officer reports to the President and is<br />
