damaged, it appears that the Act has been violated. It is<br />

therefore imperative that no further destruction <strong>of</strong> any wetland<br />

occurs in order to avoid further potential for legal challenge to<br />

the <strong>Shire</strong> or owners <strong>of</strong> these areas within the <strong>Shire</strong>.<br />
