There appears a propensity to cut trees down without notice. Comment noted. The Shire has a register of significant trees and a number of culturally significant trees are identified in the Municipal Heritage Inventory. Overall, the Shire’s focus is on vegetation, including understorey, rather than specific trees beyond these mechanisms. NRPG suggests the use of standard GANTT_PERT chart (timeline and tasks plan) to: • outline timeframe for implementation; and • determination of resources required. Table 18 on page 91, Include estimates of budgetary and staff time requirements for each action. The Action Plan will be less vague and easier to allocate funding during annual budgeting.
