5.3.2 Unpaved Roads<br />

Unpaved Road Emissions For the Treasure Valley are summarized in Table 5-14. Note<br />

that actual emissions were assumed to be constant between the years 2000 and 2020. However,<br />

in distributing the emissions to the Traffic Demand Model links (see section 5.2.4 for<br />

clarification), the respective TDM network associated with each year was used. Effectively, this<br />

moves emissions from the links that exist in the TDM for the year 2000 to the new links in the<br />

network for the years 2010, 2015, and 2020. An example of the unpaved <strong>road</strong> <strong>dust</strong> emissions<br />

distribution is shown in Figure 5-5.<br />
