Kölsch: 4.8% abv 11.8*P 25 IBUs. A classic golden ale with the crisp, clean finish of a<br />

lager. Gold-medal winner, 2010-World Beer Cup. (all year)<br />

Cream Ale: 4.8 % abv 12*P 18 IBUs. An ale version of the lager style, our Cream Ale<br />

is a flavorful, lighter beer brewed with 17% maize. Cold-conditioning creates a clean,<br />

crisp beer. (seasonal)<br />

Witbier: 5.5% abv 11.8*P 18 IBUs. This unfiltered wheat ale is brewed with locallyharvested<br />

unmalted wheat from Alhambra, Illinois; cori<strong>and</strong>er <strong>and</strong> orange peel, <strong>and</strong> a<br />

classic Belgian yeast strain. Simply delightful. (seasonal)<br />

India Brown Ale (IBA): 6% abv 15.0*P 45 IBUs. This beer has the color of a Brown Ale,<br />

the aroma of an American-style IPA, <strong>and</strong> the passion of the galaxies. Three different hops<br />

in the kettle, then dry hopped with Simcoe <strong>and</strong> Willamette. (seasonal)<br />

Raspberry Coffee Stout: 7.0% abv 16*P 40 IBUs. ‘kin to our Oatmeal Stout, with the<br />

addition of fresh raspberry purée <strong>and</strong> Columbia Monserrate coffee. (seasonal)<br />

American IPA: 7.2% 17*P 65 IBUs. A Gargantuan Glass of Flavor, a Pinnacle of Hoppy<br />

Refreshment, Elixir of the Gods. Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial. (seasonal)<br />

Pumpkin Ale: 8% abv 18.5*P 16 IBUs. Our Pumpkin Ale has a bold, big pumpkin taste,<br />

flavored with fresh pumpkin squash, cinnamon, nutmeg, <strong>and</strong> cloves. (seasonal)<br />

Bourbon barrel-aged Imperial Stout: 11.0% abv 23*P 40 IBUs. Verbiage <strong>and</strong><br />

plaudits galore can be inserted here to sum up what this beer is all about, but you be<br />

the judge, <strong>and</strong> bring me some to compare to it, I need to get out of my box. (all year)<br />

REAL ALE TENT<br />

Galaxy IPA: 7.5% 17*P 85 IBUs. A single-hop American IPA featuring Galaxy hops from<br />

Australia. Brewed in collaboration with local homebrewer Wes Crawford for the <strong>2012</strong><br />

Door County Cherry Wheat: A crisp, medium bodied beer, made with wheat,<br />

barley, <strong>and</strong> juice from fresh Door County cherries to create this unique fruity beer. Be<br />

sure to try this Door County favorite!<br />

Peninsula Porter: A dark, full bodied beer, with overtones of coffee <strong>and</strong> roasted barley.<br />

Slightly sweet with enough hops to balance out the full malt flavor.<br />

India Pale Ale (IPA): You want hoppy? Here it is! This “big beer” is medium to<br />

heavy bodied with big herbal <strong>and</strong> citrus flavors in the hops. Just enough malt<br />

balances out the flavor <strong>and</strong> gives the IPA a nice backbone.<br />

Established 2005. Near the beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan in Michigan<br />

City, Indiana the brewpub sits in a historical (1857) lumberyard with a 10 barrel<br />

Specific Mechanical brewery.<br />

Ly-Co-Ki-We Kölsch: A refreshing, crisp, German style Ale, originating from<br />

Cologne, Germany.<br />

Stella Blue: A light, refreshing, crisp ale with a hint of blueberry.<br />

Sesh Wheat Ale: Extremely refreshing American style wheat ale, made with over<br />

30% wheat, <strong>and</strong> all Amarillo hops for a slight citrus finish. Celebrate the season, with<br />

this great “session” beer.<br />

Sum Nug India Pale Ale: Summit <strong>and</strong> Nugget hops make a great combination in<br />

this American style IPA. Super hoppy from start to finish with a huge malt backbone<br />

made this beer an instant favorite at the Shoreline.<br />

Three Sum IIPA: An imperial IPA, full bodied <strong>and</strong> balanced with huge amounts of<br />

hops. Three types of high alpha average hops combined to hop over the top in this<br />

beautiful beer, served in a ten <strong>and</strong> a half ounce glass.<br />

Beltaine Scottish Ale: The 2006 <strong>and</strong> 2008 World Beer Cup competition resulted<br />

in Silver Medals for our Scottish Ale. The number one selling beer at Shoreline,<br />

Beltaine celebrates the start of spring each year on May 1st. In Scotl<strong>and</strong>, participants<br />

of the pagan festival typically run around communal fires naked <strong>and</strong> take home some<br />

of the fire to their hearths. A rich amber color <strong>and</strong> hints of caramel, make this beer<br />

extremely easy drinking.<br />

Frumentaceuos Vinum: Latin for Wheat Wine. A strong beer made with 4 different<br />

types of wheat composing more than 50% of the mash, nicely hoped to balance the<br />

high amount of alcohol.<br />
