Lafayette, IN, our brewery/restaurant is situated in a 121-year-old former<br />
furniture store in the heart of the downtown Arts & Market District.<br />
Established in 1993, we are the 2nd oldest craft brewery in Indiana, <strong>and</strong> this year<br />
we’ll produce approximately 900 barrels of h<strong>and</strong>crafted ales <strong>and</strong> lagers. Beers<br />
are produced in a wide range of styles, from delicate pilsners to intensely hopped<br />
IPAs to a barrel aged baltic porter to a sour Belgian brown. Our restaurant serves a<br />
variety of updated comfort foods, including delicious locally raised bison burgers,<br />
house-smoked brisket, wings & turkey breast <strong>and</strong> classic fish <strong>and</strong> chips. Our facility<br />
also features a 2nd floor venue which serves as a private banquet room; plays<br />
host to our annual beer festivals & tasting; hosts local thru international recording<br />
<strong>and</strong> comedy artists; <strong>and</strong> much more! This room also has it’s own pizza kitchen <strong>and</strong><br />
offers a range of select spirits to complement our house beer menu. Stop by our<br />

Beers for the <strong>2012</strong> Great Taste: Quite frankly, it’s been a busy summer<br />
<strong>and</strong> we’re just not sure what we’re going to bring! Rest assured, we’ll<br />
bring a delicious range of tasty ales <strong>and</strong> lagers that will tickle your<br />
tastebuds <strong>and</strong> please your palate!<br />

Established 1999. Born out of a midlife crisis, Lake Louie Brewing emerged as<br />
a producer of top quality ales distributing to the <strong>Madison</strong>, WI <strong>and</strong> surrounding<br />
areas. Tom Porter built a true farmhouse brewery near his home in Arena, WI.<br />
Producing approximately 4,000 barrels annually, all brewing, bottling, <strong>and</strong><br />
kegging operations are performed on-site at the pond side facility.<br />
COON ROCK CREAM ALE: ABV: 5.7%, 1.053 OG, IBU: 15.3. A pre-prohibition Cream Ale<br />
using corn for a very creamy <strong>and</strong> full bodied beer. Lightly hopped with traditional<br />
varieties that would have been grown in southwestern WI a hundred years ago.<br />
Named after a local cave near the brewery.<br />
WARPED SPEED: ABV: 7.2%, 1.070 OG, IBU: 18.7. Brewed in the classic Scotch Ale style with<br />
a deep reddish-brown color. Full of body sweetness <strong>and</strong> flavor. “Beam me up Scotty”<br />
ARENA PREMIUM: ABV: 5.7%, 1.054 OG, IBU: 13.7. American Pale Ale. Slightly more malt<br />
balanced than many of today’s Pale Ales. Using American grown hops <strong>and</strong> barley.<br />
KISS THE LIPS: ABV: 6.0%, 1.060 OG, IBU: 30.8. An Old School version of an IPA. Still<br />
balanced. Named after the country song “It’s hard to kiss the lips at night that chew<br />
your ass out all day long”.<br />
LOUIE’S RESERVE: ABV: 8.4%, 1.080 OG, IBU: 18.8. A higher gravity version of our<br />
Warped Speed Scotch Ale. A cult favorite to the initiated. The “L” <strong>and</strong> “R” in the name<br />
are code for ‘Liquid Reefer’. See if you don’t agree. VERY LIMITED SUPPLY.<br />
TOMMY’S PORTER: ABV: 5.7%, 1.055 OG, IBU: 22.6. A smooth, full bodied beer. A rich<br />
‘nuts & berries” flavor followed by a coffee like finish. Named after the guy who pays<br />
the mortgage for the brewery.<br />
RADIO FREE IBA: ABV: 7.0%, 1.069 OG, IBU: 47.8. An ‘India Black Ale’. “We now interrupt<br />
your regularly scheduled beverage for news of a black IPA that utilizes tangy Pacific<br />
Northwest hops with a whisper of chocolate <strong>and</strong> raspberry (real raspberries). Named<br />
after the original ‘pirate’ radio station in <strong>Madison</strong>.<br />

Lakefront Brewery, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin has been a leading<br />
