CES 2006
LG announced 8 integrated plasma models for 2006 using their new XD Engine
video-enhancement circuitry with 14-bit color processing for 4.4 trillion colors. Four
models with 160 GB HD DVR capabilities and dual ATSC tuners, others with
CableCARD tuners, nine-in-two flash-memory card readers, IEEE-1394, TV Guide On
Screen EPG, all models have 1366x768 resolution, HDMI, Image Sticking
Minimization mode.
