As mentioned on CES 2006 (above) the company showed again the world’s first
LCD monitor with 3840 x 2160 (greater than 8 megapixel) resolution, a 56”
LCD Quad Full HD monitor, that the company says “offers stunning, never-before

The company also announced their 82” LCD monitor, one of the world’s largest, at
CES 2007 and stated that “LCD will overtake plasma as the display technology of
choice in 2007”, and actually showed the model TX-52F480S anticipated above:
