1. Cheorwon Tour<br />
Togyo Artificial Reservoirs - Cheorwon Peace Observatory - Woljeongri Station<br />
- The House of Labor Party Ruins<br />
o Togyo Artificial Reservoirs<br />
- The biggest artificial reservoirs in Gangwon<br />
Province<br />
- Various kinds of fishes living in this reservoirs<br />
- Visit places for migratory bird such as crane<br />
and white-napped crane<br />
o Cheorwon Peace Observatory<br />
- Observatory which visitors can view Cheorwon<br />
field, the <strong>DMZ</strong> and even North Korean Villages<br />
o Woljeongri Station<br />
- Located at the spot where the fiercest battle<br />
was held during the Korean War<br />
- The last stop before reaching the <strong>DMZ</strong><br />
- Remains of a train that used to make frequent<br />
trip to North Korea with the sight "the iron<br />
horse wants to run"<br />
o The House of Labor Party Ruins<br />
- Three story building located at Cheorwon-eup<br />
constructed in 1946<br />
- Being used as the house of Labor Party until the<br />
break of the Korea War<br />
- One of the tourist attractions that keep the<br />
vestiges of the Korea War<br />
- Designated as a Cultural Property in 2001<br />
