John Thornhill FCIH, has a dual role as Senior Policy and Practice Officer and Learning<br />

(2011), Fire Safety in <strong>Housing</strong> (2011), Delivering <strong>Housing</strong> Services to Lesbian, Gay,<br />
Bisexual and Transgender Customers (2011), Allocations: Opportunities and Challenges<br />
(2010), <strong>Housing</strong> Schools and Communities (2010), Equality Diversity and Good Relations<br />
in <strong>Housing</strong> (2009) and Transforming Estates (2009). John has been a manager for the<br />
CIH Distance Learning Centre and for YMCA England (Training). John is currently<br />
developing qualifications for CIH Canada.<br />
