1 Revenue from selling trading properties in <strong>2010</strong> is due to selling a plot in the Czech Republic.<br />
2 Rental income relates either to revenues from investment properties the Company holds (which totaled in <strong>2010</strong> EUR 13.4 million, including revenues of EUR 12.4 million from<br />
US operations, and in 2009 circa EUR 1 million or from the trading properties the Company holds. As of the end of the <strong>report</strong>ing period, and apart of the above mentioned US<br />
operations, the main rental income is derived from projects in Latvia, Poland and in the Czech Republic, which were completed and operative in the course of 2009 through <strong>2010</strong>.<br />
3 Revenue from operation of entertainment centers is attributed to special subsidiary of the Company trading as “Fantasy Park” which provides gaming and entertainment<br />
services in active shopping centers. As of December 31, <strong>2010</strong>, these subsidiaries operate in 12 shopping centers.<br />

<strong>2010</strong> – includes PCNV share (21.65%) in cost of operating of 48 shopping centers in the US, totaling EUR 5.4 million, as well as cost of<br />
operating four shopping centers, and in addition also Fantasy Park operations in 14 shopping centers. 2009 – includes mainly cost of<br />
operating two shopping centers, as well as Fantasy Park operations in 11 shopping centers.<br />
