BMP 4 Medicines and Chemicals Used on Livestock
Access to a range of livestock medicines and vaccines helps Canadian dairy producers
maintain the health and productivity of dairy cattle. All dairy producers produce beef as well as
milk and access to livestock medicines carries with it a responsibility to ensure the products are
stored and used so that the health and safety of treated animals and the safety of milk and meat
are assured.
