THROUGH SEWERS<br />
Some sewers are large enough to permit the passage of humans. A PIR can be<br />
used in a sewer to provide early detection of an intruder.<br />
The 6187CTX should be equipped with a standard lens for this application.<br />
Use swivel bracket, if necessary, for mounting the PIR so that its curtain pattern<br />
covers the sewer opening. After positioning for best coverage, tighten the bracket<br />
in place and test the sensor.<br />

SPACE DETECTION<br />
The 6187CTX comes in a cast aluminum gasket-sealed housing, protecting<br />
it against snow, rain, dirt, etc. It is rated to operate to -40°C.<br />
