Predicting residents’ perceptions <strong>of</strong> cultural tourism attractiveness<br />
African American (16.3%). Other ethnics included Hispanics (5.9%), Asian or Pacific Isl<strong>and</strong>er<br />
(2.7%) <strong>and</strong> Native Americans (1.8%).<br />
Most <strong>of</strong> the respondents have lived in Indianapolis for at least 2 years (83.8%). Among them,<br />
about 50.7% have lived here for 10 years or more. From Table 1, it can be seen that respondents<br />
were about equally distributed in terms <strong>of</strong> family income. For instance, 27.0% <strong>of</strong> the<br />
respondents had less than $30,001 household income, another 25.1% had household income<br />
<strong>of</strong> $30,001-60,000, <strong>and</strong> the other more than one-third with household income over $60,000.<br />
