FACTOR ANALYSIS OF CITY SERVICE ITEMS<br />

The city service items’ internal reliability was tested before running the factor analysis. Two<br />

items, “clean/no litter” <strong>and</strong> “no crimes/theft”, were excluded from the factor analysis due to<br />

their low internal associations. The Cronbach’s Alpha <strong>of</strong> all the other items was .937. As a<br />

result, 24 items were entered for the factor analysis. The result <strong>of</strong> the factor analysis is presented<br />

in Table 3.<br />
